TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE  SITE

This Web site www.naturit.it owned and run by NATURITALIA SOC. COOP. AGRICOLA – Via Bruno Tosarelli 155, 40055 Villanova di Castenaso (BO).
Your use of the Site shall constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions specified below

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the contents and/or documents and/or images and/or trademarks and/or logos and/or names of products and systems found on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of NATURITALIA SOC. COOP. AGRICOLA
These contents and/or documents and/or images and/or trademarks and/or logos and/or names of products and systems may not – not even partially – be copied and/or reproduced and/or transferred and/or downloaded and/or printed and/or distributed in any manner without the prior written consent of NATURITALIA SOC. COOP. AGRICOLA whatsoever unless and to the extent that such action is necessary to render them viewable on-line. It is permitted to print the pages of the Site only for personal use, provided that the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) that no modification is made to the content and /or documents and/or images and/or trademarks and/or logos and/or names of products and systems printed;
(b) that the content and /or documents and/or images and/or trademarks and/or logos and/or names of products and systems printed found on the Site are not used separately from the corresponding text;

Even though NATURITALIA SOC. COOP. NATURITALIA SOC. COOP. 8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute that may arise in relation to the use of this site and the interpretation and/or application of these terms and conditions of access to the site will have jurisdiction and will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna and Italian law will be applied.

Purpose of the processing
Users’ personal data will be lawfully processed by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the European Regulation n. 679/72016 for the following processing purposes:
a) fulfill the User’s request: Users’ personal data are collected and processed by Owner for the sole purpose of processing their request. c) legal obligations, or to fulfill obligations established by law, by an authority, by a regulation or European legislation.

● the interested party opposed the processing pursuant to art. 21 – paragraph 1, EU Reg. 679/2016 pending verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to those of the data subject.
e) Right to the portability of personal data in the case of automated processing;
f) Right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him also connected to reasons of public interest or put in place for the pursuit of legitimate interests of the data controller or third parties as well as for commercial purposes, such as direct marketing and profiling;
